Summit Financial Group completed the acquisition by its subsidiary Summit Community Bank of Cornerstone Financial Services and its subsidiary, Cornerstone Bank, headquartered in West Union, WV.
The former Cornerstone Bank offices will continue to operate under that name until close of business Friday, March 20, 2020 and will begin operating under the name Summit Community Bank on Monday, March 23, 2020.
Summit Financial Group, is a $2.32 billion financial holding company headquartered in Moorefield, WV.
