SLR Healthcare ABL Provides $8MM Credit Facility to Skilled Nursing Operator

Asset-based lender delivered refinancing solution for multi-facility senior living management company.

SLR Healthcare ABL (“SLRHC”) has provided an $8 million asset-based revolving credit facility to a Midwest-based senior living operator (the “Company”). The Company operates and manages over thirty skilled nursing facilities across multiple states that specialize in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and memory care as well as assisted living facilities.

The transaction was referred to SLRHC by an existing client. Proceeds of the credit facility were used to refinance existing debt and provide additional liquidity for operations.
