Katie McMenamin will join Simpson Thacher & Bartlett’s fund finance practice as a partner in the firm’s London office.

Her work includes advising on subscription financings, NAV and hybrid financings, secondaries, GP-support debt facilities and equity products. She will join Simpson Thacher & Bartlett from Travers Smith.
