SG Credit Partners promoted Spencer Brown to managing director while also opening a Colorado office. In Brown’s role, he will continue leading coverage efforts for originating and closing structured cash flow, collateral-based, recurring revenue and high net worth facilities in the Rocky Mountain and Southwest regions.

“Our team has continually grown and the addition of an office in Denver will strengthen our capabilities as a nationwide credit fund,” Marc Cole, CEO of SG Credit Partners, said. “Spencer has been with the organization for several years and is well known in the market. He will significantly increase SG Credit’s regional brand awareness.”

“The Rocky Mountain and Southwest regions are an integral part of our strategy and we are now positioned to continue our expansion in those key markets,” Charlie Perer, head of originations for SG Credit Partners, said.

Brown joined SG Credit Partners from Super G Capital with other co-founders. Prior to Super G, Brown worked at FirstBank and Noodles & Company.

SG Credit Partners provides structured debt solutions to lower middle market businesses in need of financing for working capital, growth capital, acquisition capital and/or special situations.
