nFusion Capital hired award-winning sales executive Alexandra S. Scoggin as senior executive vice president. For over 18 years, Scoggin has worked with entrepreneurs, management teams and sponsors of small and middle-market businesses to understand their working capital needs and provide customized financing solutions that leverage their assets. She will operate out of nFusion’s New Jersey and Los Angeles offices.

Scoggin has a reputation for being goal-oriented, customer-focused and attentive to client and referral source needs. She has been recognized with sales excellence awards throughout her career, most recently being named the Top Sales Producer in 2021, 2022 and 2023. Scoggin continually cultivates a vast company and referral network across the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.

“Alex’s extensive connections and history of helping entrepreneurs and management teams scale their businesses with the optimal capital structure will help nFusion grow our portfolio,” Jason Lippman, CEO of nFusion Capital, said. “We are excited to welcome her and look forward to her contributions.”

Before joining nFusion, Scoggin served as senior vice president of business development at Sallyport Commercial Finance, where she led U.S., Canadian and UK referral source and client outreach efforts. Previously, she held business development leadership positions at several high-profile commercial lending institutions.

Scoggin is active in many industry groups, including the Secured Finance Network, Association for Corporate Growth, Turnaround Management Association Global, Risk Management Association, Contemporary Credit Club, International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation, The Professional Club and New York Banking and Finance. She serves as a board member for the New York Chapter of the TMA and the International Factoring Association’s Southern California Chapter.

She is passionate about mentoring and training the next generation of business leaders. Scoggin is a guest instructor at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in Los Angeles and California State University, Northridge, teaching commercial lending and finance topics to business and fashion students.
