What initially began as a $20 million carve-out for a North American company’s growing U.S. business quickly pivoted when the team discovered the possibility of a full refinancing. “We reissued a term sheet to provide a single lending solution across the border,” Poston says. This swift coordination provided the business with the essential capital it needed to continue its international growth.
