Larry D. Pickett joined PeoplesBank as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Pickett will also serve as treasurer of the bank’s holding company, Codorus Valley Bancorp.

Most recently, Pickett served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Bay Bank in Columbia, MA. Prior to that, he was employed in similar financial and management roles at Susquehanna Bank and Fairfax Savings.
With assets of approximately $1.8 billion, PeoplesBank offers a full range of consumer, business, wealth management, and mortgage services at financial centers located in communities throughout South Central Pennsylvania and Central Maryland.
