Private equity and M&A specialist Tom Cartwright joined Paul Hastings as a partner based in London.
Cartwright, who joined from Morgan Lewis, focuses on advising private equity sponsors, sovereign wealth funds and family offices on private equity investments and M&A transactions. He represents private equity-backed companies and other corporations in the UK and internationally.
