CohnReznick has named Nicholas Papke managing director in its transaction advisory practice.
Papke brings experience across financial due diligence, operational analysis and cross-border advisory, having led more than 100 transaction advisory engagements since 2020. His work includes buy-side and sell-side diligence for companies ranging from $10 million to $1 billion in revenue, as well as multinational transactions valued up to $10 billion.

Papke joins the firm after 10 years at a global professional services firm, where he worked on scaling cross-border advisory capabilities and coordinating between U.S. and India-based teams. He holds master of professional accountancy and B.B.A. degrees from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater.
