Ron Brody joined Otterbourg as the head of the firm’s leveraged finance practice group. Brody is a high-yield securities lawyer with a range of corporate, transactional and finance experience. His clients include investment banks, private equity funds and public and private companies.

Brody joined Otterbourg from Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, where he served as co-head of the bank and leveraged finance group. Prior to joining Pillsbury, he was a partner at White & Case, where he co-headed the leveraged finance practice for more than 13 years.
