North Mill Capital promoted Karen Marino to senior vice president. Marino joined North Mill in 2015 and has been serving as both an account executive and underwriter.
“Karen works very closely with the underwriting team and is instrumental to the growth of North Mill’s portfolio,” Betty Hernandez, chief credit officer and executive vice president of North Mill Capital, said.
Marino is on the board of the Secured Finance Network (SFNet) New Jersey chapter and is currently vice chair of the national SFNet Yo Pro committee. She also serves on SFNet’s education committee and is a past recipient of the SFNet 40 Under 40 award.
North Mill is a direct lender that provides asset-based loans and factoring facilities to businesses with borrowing needs up to $30 million.
