nFusion Capital reported its results in 2025, having grown its portfolio by over 50%. As the firm has scaled, it is targeting larger middle market companies with complex financing needs while still maintaining its foundational support for growth-focused small businesses, with deal sizes ranging from $500,000 to $30 million. Additionally, the company is leveraging the secured finance platform and models it built for the underserved construction industry to support other industries where the needs of business owners and operators are unmet.

In 2025, nFusion welcomed five professionals whose expertise and character elevate the organization:

  • Curtis Powell, Senior Vice President, Business Development
  • Tammy Bowling, Senior Account Executive
  • Alison Breiner, Senior Account Executive
  • Lisa Coughlen, Senior Account Manager
  • Tron Nash, Senior Account Manager

Additionally, Melanie Guzman was promoted to senior account executive lead.

The company also received various recognitions in 2025:

  • Alexandra Scoggin, senior executive vice president of business development, was featured in SFNet’s The Secured Lender Recognizing Excellence: Women in Commercial Finance and was recognized in ABF Journal’s inaugural Legends & Leaders edition as a Rainmaker for excellence in specialty finance.
  • Jesse Baer, senior vice president, was recognized with SFNet’s 40 Under 40 award.
  • nFusion Capital was featured in ABF Journal’s inaugural Power Players issue as a Dealmaker.
  • nFusion Capital was featured in The Secured Lender’s Anatomy of a Deal spotlight.

Jason Lippman, CEO, continued his volunteer work and completed 24 flights with Angel Flight this year, transporting patients seeking cancer treatment at MD Anderson Cancer Center.

Amity Mercado, chief financial officer, once again brought the team spirit to the company’s community service through her membership in the Rotary Club of Northwest Austin. Together, nFusion Capital assembled over 1,500 lunches for Hope Austin.
