MidCap Business Credit has appointed Bill Nay as senior vice president to its business development team and Rebecca Smith as senior vice president to its risk team as an underwriter.
Nay’s career spans 25 years in commercial banking focused on developing ABL and technology markets in the Southwest and Central regions, with recent senior business development roles at Bridge Bank and Webster Business Credit. He will be based in Dallas and his efforts for Midcap will be focused on developing the Southwest and Mountain States markets.
Smith has been involved in the finance industry as a portfolio manager and underwriter for most of her career.
