Monroe Capital expanded its marketing and investor relations team with the addition of Sanjay Yodh as managing director and head of insurance solutions and distribution in New York and Adam Kennedy as a director in Los Angeles.

Prior to Monroe Capital, Yodh was head of insurance solutions in North America at Aberdeen Standard Investments. He has more than 25 years of experience in the financial, asset management and insurance industries. Prior to Aberdeen, he was an executive vice president, chief operating officer and head of capital markets at AR Capital/Vantage Capital. Yodh also held prior roles at Guggenheim Investments, Deutsche Asset Management and JPMorgan.

Prior to Monroe Capital, Kennedy was a regional vice president at DWS, where he was responsible for managing RIA relationships on the West Coast. He has more than 15 years of experience in business development in asset management. Kennedy also previously served as a regional vice president for Invesco, where he managed the Southern California region. He holds a Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) certification.

“We are very excited to add Adam and Sanjay to the Monroe Capital team,” R. Sean Duff, a managing director and partner at Monroe Capital, said. “They are a strong addition to our marketing and investor relations team and bring many years of experience and long-standing relationships with limited partners. In addition, they are a great cultural fit for our organization.”
