Molloy Associates Hires Levin as SVP/Client Partner

Molloy Associates, the executive search firm exclusively serving the equipment finance and asset-based finance industries, hired Julie Levin as senior vice president/client partner.

Levin has more than 20 years of recruiting experience, with a recent focus on commercial finance and equipment leasing. She has held various principal roles at ADC Telecommunications, Prime Therapeutics and TCF Bank. Levin has extensive experience recruiting for geographically dispersed positions both domestically and internationally. Levin additionally brings broad functional knowledge with additional background experience in sales, marketing, finance and operations at all levels, particularly leadership and critical roles.

Prior to joining Molloy Associates, Levin held the position of senior talent acquisition consultant at Hearth & Home Technologies.

“Julie has an impressive amount of experience recruiting and placing talent within the financial services industry,” Lisa Rafter, owner of Molloy Associates, said. “Her hands-on knowledge, her proven track record and her work with multiple companies make her an invaluable addition to our team.”
