Mitsubishi HC Capital America named Bill Lyons origination leader for asset-based lending.

Based in Michigan, Lyons will be responsible for business development across the Midwest. He will work primarily with small- and mid-sized businesses, helping with financing options that allow businesses to grow and manage cash flow throughout their business cycles.

“Helping companies on their journey is something I really enjoy,” Lyons said. “What we do here at Mitsubishi HC Capital America can help relieve cash flow worries, allow businesses to take on new orders and focus on growth. We are an essential component to the success of our clients.”

“Bill is a welcome addition to our team. He’s worked in the finance industry for many years and his strengths in identifying, establishing, and managing relationships with partners and business owners aligns perfectly with our consultative approach to business,” Mike Semanco, president and COO of the business finance division at Mitsubishi HC Capital America, said.

“The business finance team has long been dedicated to sustaining strong client relationships,” Lyons said. “By joining such a trusted, established group, I am confident that our clients will receive the highest standard of attention and support.”

Previously, Lyons served as a business development manager for Jack Henry & Associates. He also previously held positions of increasing authority at Level One Bank, Fifth Third Bank and Comerica Bank. He also holds board and committee leadership positions with the Michigan chapter of the Secured Finance Network.
