Isabella Miller joined Capital One’s Commercial Bank as a vice president and treasury management consultant.
She will oversee strategy and management for government banking customers on Long Island from Capital One’s Melville office and report to Frank J. Leone, senior vice president, head of government banking.

Miller brings a great deal of experience in government banking on Long Island, most recently as the vice president of government banking at Flushing Bank, where she served as a relationship manager supporting municipalities and government entities across Long Island.
