MidCap Financial, a commercial finance company focused on middle-market transactions, provided a senior secured credit facility, comprising an asset-based revolving line of credit to Beach House Group. Proceeds from the MidCap credit facility will be used to refinance the company’s prior credit facility and to provide for the business’ ongoing working capital needs. Cafferty & Company served as independent advisor to the borrower on the transaction.
