Maranon Adds to Investment and Portfolio Team

Maranon Capital added Ted Divis, Annie Murphy and Ting Zhao to the investment team and Julia Dreher, Scott Fulton and Kevin Karahalios to the portfolio team.

Divis, Murphy and Zhao are returning to Maranon after completing an internship with the firm in 2023. As investment analysts, they are responsible for new investment underwriting and portfolio management.

Divis earned a B.B.A in finance with a supplementary major in applied and computational mathematics and statistics from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame.

Murphy graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in finance and a minor in English literature from Marquette University.

Zhao earned a B.S. in accountancy and finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

As portfolio analysts, Dreher, Fulton and Karahalios are responsible for portfolio management, valuation and reporting.

Dreher was previously an assurance staff at Ernst & Young. She is a Certified Public Accountant who earned a B.S. degree in accounting and a M.P.Acc degree from Butler University.

Prior to joining the firm, Fulton was a commercial banking associate with BMO Bank. He graduated from Indiana University majoring in public financial management and minoring in business, marketing and entrepreneurship and small business management.

Karahalios was previously an assurance staff at Ernst & Young. He earned a B.S. degree in business, accounting and finance and a M.B.A degree with a focus in financial analysis from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
