Brandon Horak joined Wilmington Trust as a senior relationship manager on the firm’s M&A team within its Global Capital Markets division. He will be responsible for developing and managing escrow and paying agent services to the bank’s clients and prospects across the U.S.
Based in Minneapolis, Horak brings more than a decade of experience in the corporate trust industry to Wilmington Trust. Previously, he spent four years as a vice president at U.S. Bank, serving the bank’s M&A clients. He also held positions at Wells Fargo managing corporate debt transactions and the group’s money market program.
