Lighthouse Adds Graziano as VP of Business Development

Lighthouse Financial added Andy Graziano as vice president of business development, covering the Southeast region, including Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama and Florida. In his new role, Graziano will be responsible for the marketing of Lighthouse’s product offerings and origination of new asset-based loan opportunities.

Graziano has nearly seven years of experience in asset-based lending and commercial finance, most recently serving as a corporate ABL banker at Synovus Bank. Earlier in his career, he served at Wells Fargo Supply Chain Finance and GE Capital in business development roles. Prior to these roles, Graziano worked as a certified lean six sigma blackbelt with GE Power and Water.

“We are delighted to have Andy join Lighthouse given his background and experience in commercial finance. We are focused on strategically increasing the size of our loan portfolio, and Andy’s addition will permit us to work more closely with potential clients and referral sources in the market areas we seek to serve more effectively. We believe that creative loan structuring, rapid credit evaluation and approvals, expedited loan closing schedules and superior service are what today’s borrowers demand. With Andy joining the Lighthouse team, we are well positioned to provide these services to our expanding client base,” J. Brad Leach, president of Lighthouse Financial, said.

Lighthouse Financial is a commercial finance company that provides revolving lines of credit and term loans secured by accounts receivable, inventory and equipment to small to mid-size companies.
