Lisa Lepri joined MidCap Business Credit as vice president of Operations and Collateral.
Lepri has been in asset-based lending for 30 years and has worked for several financial institutions, helping to develop collateral and operating systems throughout her career. She most recently served as a collateral officer with RB International, where she supported several different types of lending over the course of 14 years.
“We are excited to have added Lisa to the MidCap team. Her deep knowledge and experience of operations and asset based lending will allow MidCap to continue its steady growth pattern going forward,” said Peter Rutigliano, MidCap executive vice president and chief risk officer.
