Legacy Corporate Lending, an independent asset-based lending company focused on serving the needs of middle market companies across North America, appointed T.C. Wilde as executive vice president of portfolio and underwriting and head of portfolio. Wilde will be responsible for ensuring all new and existing transactions are maintained in compliance with the firm’s portfolio management guidelines and credit policies.

Wilde has more than three decades of ABL experience across underwriting and portfolio management functions. Most recently, she was a senior account manager with Axiom Bank. Previously, Wilde held senior ABL roles at UMB Bank, Sterling National Bank (formerly NewStar Business Credit), JP Morgan Chase and PNC. She holds an MBA from Loyola University New Orleans, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Holy Cross.

“T.C.’s deep expertise in evaluating and structuring transactions will further enhance our capabilities for the benefit of borrowers, and we are ecstatic to welcome her to the Legacy team,” Paul Martin, chief investment officer of Legacy Corporate Lending, said. “We look forward to leveraging her leadership as we continue to build our diversified ABL platform that is focused on providing clients with flexible, innovative funding solutions that meet their needs in today’s evolving market.”
