Legacy Corporate Lending, an independent asset-based lending company focused on serving the needs of middle market companies across North America, has appointed Carlos Acedo as the company’s vice president of finance._x000D_

Acedo will report to Clark Griffith, CEO of Legacy, and will play a key role in shaping the financial strategies of the company._x000D_

Acedo brings to Legacy nearly 15 years of extensive experience in asset-based lending and finance. Previously, he served as a vice president of FP&A at White Oak Commercial Finance, where he managed ABL portfolios and contributed to driving financial performance for the firm. Previously, he has held roles of increasing seniority at Wells Fargo, Raymond James and Citi._x000D_
