XBP Europe, a pan-European integrator of bills, payments and related solutions and services, has finalized its acquisition of Exela Technologies BPA, a provider of business process automation solutions. The combined entity will operate under the new name XBP Global.
Latham & Watkins represented Exela BPA in connection with its Chapter 11 process, exit financing and securitization facilities and acquisition by XBP Europe Holdings, with a restructuring and special situations team led by New York partners Ray C.
