Craig L. Kauffman joined PeoplesBank as president and CEO. Kauffman will also serve as executive vice president and chief operating officer of the bank’s holding company, Codorus Valley Bancorp, and was appointed a director of the bank.

Kauffman most recently served as a regional president of BB&T Bank. Prior to that, he was Pennsylvania CEO of Susquehanna Bank from 2013 to 2015. Kauffman also held various executive management positions with PNC Bank in Lancaster, PA and Bay First Bank in Maryland.
