Huntington Business Credit closed a $34 million credit facility with Golding Farms Foods, which will use proceeds of the facility in conjunction with investments provided by Centre Partners and Yukon Partners to refinance existing indebtedness and to provide ongoing working capital growth financing.
Golding Farms Foods, located in Winston-Salem, NC, is a manufacturer and distributor of condiments and sauces.
