Huntington Business Credit acting as administrative agent, bookrunner and lead arranger, closed a $150 million credit facility with Leader Global Solutions on Sept. 23. Proceeds of the facility were used to refinance existing debt and provide ongoing working capital growth financing.
Leader Global Solutions, headquartered in Coral Gables, FL, provides trade finance solutions to companies predominantly in Central and South America.
