Kristen Holihan has joined Ares Commercial Finance (ACF) in its origination team as a managing director. Based in New York, Holihan is responsible for business development and origination, with a focus on restructuring, sponsor and direct lending relationships.
Holihan joins ACF from Bank of America, where she worked for more than 10 years, most recently serving as a senior vice president and senior business development officer in business capital. In her role, she was instrumental in identifying, structuring and closing asset-based credit facilities in the middle market and large corporate sectors across a broad range of industries. During her tenure at Bank of America, she also held roles focused on underwriting and leveraged finance.
