Haynes and Boone Advises Satcom Direct on Sale to Gogo for up to $600MM

Haynes and Boone advised Satcom Direct in connection with its sale to Gogo. The transaction includes $375 million in cash and five million shares of Gogo stock. Satcom Direct could also receive up to an additional $225 million based on performance milestones through 2028._x000D_

The Haynes Boone deal team was led by Brent Backert, mergers and acquisitions partner, and Kenric Kattner, corporate partner. It was supported by Steven Buxbaum, M&A senior counsel; Kourtney Lyda, corporate counsel; and Joshua Reisman, Spencer Bateman, Ryan Ward and Janet Wyse, M&A associates._x000D_
