Gibraltar Business Capital has hired Randi M. Hershgordon as its newest senior vice president.

Hershgordon has more than 30 years of professional experience serving middle-market companies. She brings to Gibraltar keen underwriting, credit analysis, and risk management skills, combined with a steadfast commitment to delivering personalized service that fosters strong working relationships. Using a collaborative approach, she has worked closely with owners, sponsors, and C-suite executives to gain an in-depth understanding of the challenges facing their businesses and create customized loan structures to maximize borrowing availability.

Hershgordon has spent her last 15-plus years in leadership roles in the asset-based lending industry. Most recently, she was a founding member of the leadership team at Adams Business Credit and chief credit officer at Context Business Lending.

She maintains high visibility through leadership roles in the turnaround and restructuring industry and serves on the board of directors of the Philadelphia/Wilmington chapter of the Turnaround Management Association, the TMA Global Awards Selection Committee, and the TMA Mid-Atlantic Symposium Planning Committee. She is also an active member of the SFNet Women in Commercial Finance Committee, the TMA Network of Women Global Committee, IWIRC, and the Association for Corporate Growth.

“Randi is an asset to our team, to the middle market companies we serve and to their owners, investors and equity sponsors. Her deep credit and industry expertise as well as her relationship-based approach to developing creative financing solutions is a combination we know will help us provide the highest level of service to our clients,” said Gibraltar CEO Scott Winicour.
