Rob Hoffman and Todd Welch joined Gateway First Bank’s management team as vice presidents of commercial lending. In addition, Victor Castillo joined the bank’s Oklahoma City, OK, team on the consumer banking side as banking business development manager.
Hoffman has experience helping entrepreneurs grow and build their businesses. A Tulsa, OK, native, Hoffman serves on the young professionals board for Oklahoma Cleats for Kids.
Welch has more than 27 years of experience in agriculture-focused banking. He has received the Rising Star Award from the Small Business Administration.
Castillo has 16 years of banking center management experience in the Oklahoma City, OK; Stillwater, OK; and California markets.

Gateway First Bank recently added a retail banking center in Oklahoma City, OK, which will have its grand opening in April. The bank also recently opened its flagship banking center in Jenks, OK, at its corporate headquarters.
