First Foundation Appoints Dallalzadeh, Kanner to Regional Leader

byAmanda Koprowski

in People

First Foundation Bank appointed Monica Dallalzadeh and Jay Kanner as vice presidents, regional retail banking managers in the Coastal California region and the Inland California region, respectively.

In this newly formed role, both Dallalzadeh and Kanner will lead and manage multiple full-service branches within both regions, as well as Honolulu and Las Vegas. The position was created in order to support the continued growth of the bank over the past few years. Currently, the bank has twenty locations throughout California, Nevada, and Hawaii, a substantial increase from six branches three years ago.

In order to maintain the bank’s expected level of client service, it was necessary to develop a role in which each office and region receive the appropriate support and guidance. Dallalzadeh and Kanner were chosen as natural fits for the role as both have previously proven themselves to be leaders with a true appreciation for client service.

“I’m very excited to see both Monica and Jay take on their new roles, and help provide the guidance and support to all of our great team members,” said Rich Christensen, senior vice president, Retail Banking executive. “With their solid industry knowledge, years of experience and strong leadership skills, we expect that both of our regions will be taking our relationship focused sales and service to the next level.”

Founded in 1990 and headquartered in Irvine, CA, First Foundation provides private wealth management, personal banking, and business banking.
