First Business Bank promoted Paige Runyard to assistant vice president and senior credit and portfolio manager within its accounts receivable financing team, which is part of First Business Specialty Finance. In this position, Runyard will manage a staff of team leaders and account managers serving First Business Bank’s factoring and ledgered line clients. Runyard previously led the group’s credit department, leading a team charged with client financial analysis, client underwriting and collateral trend analysis.

“We are delighted to recognize Paige’s professional journey and the contributions she has made with these added responsibilities,” Bill Elliott, president of accounts receivable financing at First Business Bank, said. “In her two years with our group, Paige has demonstrated strong expertise and exceptional leadership traits. Her promotion is indicative of our commitment to develop people within our organization and provide them with continued growth opportunities.”

“I’m thrilled with the opportunity to continue my career at First Business Bank,” Runyard said. “With my promotion, I aim to leverage my skills and experiences to best serve our clients and foster collaboration within the team.”

Runyard joined First Business Bank in July 2015. Prior to joining the accounts receivable financing group, she was a field examiner within First Business Bank’s asset-based lending team. Runyard is a certified public accountant, is active in the Secured Finance Network and is a committee member of the International Factoring Association’s NEXGEN Committee.
