First Business Specialty Finance, a subsidiary of First Business Bank, added Teresa Aboujouda, Ator Awdish, Eddie Miranda, Mike Rouse and Paige Runyard to its accounts receivable financing group.

“We are very fortunate to be growing in this very difficult new business environment,” Bill Elliott, president of accounts receivable financing at First Business Specialty Finance, said. “The culture that earned us [a] 2022 Top Workplaces USA Award has allowed us to attract very experienced and talented individuals who will help our business to flourish”.

Aboujouda joined First Business Bank in May as a senior debtor credit analyst with more than 35 years of experience in finance and accounting. She previously served as a credit analyst at UMB Bank and held accounting positions with Thomas Reprographics and Hyatt Regency. Aboujouda will be working in new client onboarding, debtor credit analysis and client service.

Awdish joined First Business Bank’s accounts receivable financing team in March as a cash processor. Ator has more than 10 years of experience in healthcare and is also experienced in bookkeeping.

Miranda joined First Business Bank in May. He started as a cash processor and is also helping out in other areas as demand arises.

Rouse joined First Business Bank in July. He has more than 20 years of experience in transportation factoring and accounting. Rouse serves as an account manager in First Business Bank’s transportation factoring division.

Runyard joined First Business Bank in 2015 and has more than 10 years of experience in consumer banking and business accounting. In 2019, she was promoted to field examiner team lead for asset-based lending and in 2022, she accepted a position as credit officer for accounts receivable financing. Runyard is fulfilling roles in underwriting and financial analysis/collateral monitoring of larger clients. She is a certified public accountant.
