Tracy Salyers and John Whetstone joined Encina Business Credit as executive vice presidents, co-heads of Portfolio responsible for leading all facets of account and relationship management.
Salyers brings more than 25 years of experience in all facets of secured lending, including field exam, underwriting, special assets management, and portfolio management. Before joining Encina, she was a member of the ABL teams at The Huntington National Bank and Bank of America/Merrill Lynch, among others. She also brings public accounting knowledge from her time at Deloitte & Touche. She will be based in Chicago.
Whetstone, who is also based in Chicago, is a secured lending veteran, having more than 25 years of experience across industries including consumer, factoring and asset-based lending. Before Encina, he held leadership positions at Gibraltar Financial, Bank of America and Huntington National Bank.
