Encina Business Credit hired Dan deBrauwere and Steve Janson as business development officers.
deBrauwere, who will cover southern California from Los Angeles, is a well-respected leader in the financial services industry, with more thab 20 year of experience in asset-based lending, business origination, restructuring, and commercial banking. He previously served in senior leadership roles at PNC Business Credit, U.S. Bank, Bank of America Business Credit, and CRG Partners, where he was successful in originating new business, growing profitable relationships, and advising companies through all levels of performance.
Janson, who is based in Charlotte, is an asset-based lending veteran, having held a number of senior business development and relationship management roles. He joins Encina from MB Business Capital, where his geographic coverage included North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee and Kentucky. Janson earned several new business development awards while at MB Business Capital, and during his tenure at BB&T, PNC Business Credit, and LaSalle Business Credit.
