Encina Equipment Finance added Brian Daley to its commercial team as senior managing director and commercial leader.
As commercial leader, Daley will manage direct origination efforts for Encina Equipment Finance. He will report to Rick Matte, president and COO of Encina Equipment Finance.
Daley joined Encina Equipment Finance from Stonebriar Commercial Finance, where he was most recently managing director of originations covering the west region. Prior to Stonebriar, Daley was the national leasing leader for GE Capital’s corporate finance business. With more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, he held various leadership roles within GE Capital, including senior managing director and west region leader and managing director and regional sales leader. Daley’s earlier experience included direct originations positions in the corporate aircraft and general industries platforms of GE Capital’s commercial equipment financing division.
