Ken Pardue joined the Encina Business Credit business development team as a senior managing director.
Pardue is a senior leveraged finance professional with more than 20 years of experience in executive management, new deal originations, and underwriting and portfolio management. He previously served in leadership roles at Marquette Business Credit, Hilco, and PNC Business Credit. Pardue has also successfully held positions in corporate finance, marketing, and accounting.
Pardue will be joining forces with Steve Beriau, an existing Encina business development executive in Chicago. Together they will be responsible for expanding business development and originations in Chicago, Milwaukee, Cleveland, Kansas City and Minneapolis.
