Dollar Bank promoted Jerry Ritzert to chief financial officer. Ritzert originally joined Dollar Bank in March of 2018, as the executive vice president of Finance.

Ritzert brings more than three decades of expertise in corporate finance, treasury, tax management, strategic planning, and operational experience to Dollar Bank.

“Jerry’s wealth of experience and performance make him well suited to serve as our new CFO,” said Jim McQuade, president and CEO of Dollar Bank. “He brings the necessary leadership, knowledge, and forward-thinking approach that allows us to serve our customers and local communities.”

Prior to joining Dollar Bank, Ritzert served as executive vice president and corporate controller at Northwest Bancshares for 15 years. Additionally, he has held positions in accounting, financial planning, and corporate finance.

Ritzert currently serves on Dollar Bank’s Contributions, Impact, and Finance Committees. He is also active in the local community and is a member of the Financial Managers Society, Pittsburgh Chapter.

“I am extremely grateful for the continued opportunity and support at Dollar Bank,” stated Ritzert. “I look forward to continuing to grow Dollar Bank and serve our customers, communities, and employees in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Virginia.”

Founded more than 160 years ago and headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA, Dollar Bank is a large, full service, regional bank committed to providing banking services to individuals and businesses. It has assets of more than $9 billion and operates more than 70 locations throughout Pennsylvania, Ohio and Virginia with over 1,300 employees.
