Delos Capital hired Ari Lefkovits and Andrew Schweibold as co-managing partners alongside current managing partner Matt Constantino. Together, they will provide a unique value proposition for companies looking to address their capital structure and strategic needs.

“We are honored to have Ari join Delos, adding to our capabilities as a preeminent financial institution and furthering our goals of marrying best-in-class advisory skills to our investment acumen,” Constantino and Schweibold said.

“Partnering with Andrew again and augmenting our capabilities with Ari’s expertise creates a powerful combination to serve companies and clients with complex needs, especially in the current market environment,” Constantino said.

Lefkovits joins Delos from Lazard, where he was a managing director and spent his 24-year career. In this role, he specialized in advising companies, sponsors, creditors, unions and governments on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and reorganizations, debt exchanges, spin-offs, debt and equity financings and other related matters, spanning a range of industries and geographies. Over the course of his career at Lazard, Lefkovits advised on transactions totaling over $300 billion, including many of the firm’s most complex, award-winning engagements.

“I am thrilled to partner with Andrew and Matt,” Lefkovits said. “Our combined experience of structuring innovative transactions, coupled with offering clients both investment and/or advisory solutions presents a differentiated and far more aligned approach to deliver bespoke and optimal outcomes to companies navigating complex situations. These capabilities will create tremendous opportunities for our clients, our investors, our portfolio companies and our team.”
