Dechert recently advised companies in three separate transactions, including J.P. Morgan Chase Bank, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Goldman Sachs, MSC Income Fund and Court Square Capital Partners.

Dechert recently advised companies in three separate transactions:

  • J.P. Morgan Chase Bank and co-lenders Bank of America, Wells Fargo and Goldman Sachs on the successful refinancing of The Spiral, a new trophy office tower in New York City; headed by global finance partner Jason S. Rozes along with counsel Steven G. Kalnoki and associates Seth Ivey, Sarah Shanoudy, Leigh H. Pisane Cortez and Lizzie Tremblay. Global finance partners Stewart McQueen and Ella-Marie Smith along with associates Keith Harden and Derek Runyan also represented J.P. Morgan on its SASB securitization of the loan.
  • MSC Income Fund, an externally managed business development company, on the closing of its previously announced public offering of 5,500,000 shares of its common stock at the price of $15.53 per share. The Dechert team that advised MSC Income Fund was led by corporate partners Harry Pangas and Clay Douglas and included corporate associates Austin Day, Taylor Stevens, Rebecca Pan and Anjanaye Jariwala.
  • Court Square Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity firm, and WindRose Health Investors, the New York-based healthcare private equity firm, on the closing of a jointly controlled investment in Soleo Health, a national provider of specialty pharmacy and infusion services. The Dechert team was led by corporate partners Eric Siegel and Allie Wasserman and included corporate associate John Stanley along with financial services partner Gerald Brown and associate Maria Liberopolous.
