Twin Brook served as administrative agent on debt financing to support Incline Equity Partners’ leveraged buyout of White Label Communications, a provider of private label communication solutions to Managed Service Providers.
Twin Brook also served as administrative agent on debt financing to support Shorehill Capital-backed Triad Technologies’ add-on acquisition of Tech-Syn Corporation. Triad Technologies is a distributor of fluid power, industrial automation and fluid conveyance products, and Tech-Syn is a value-added distributor of seals, O-rings, hoses, fittings and other related products sold to a wide array of industrial customers.
In addition, Twin Brook served as administrative agent on debt financing to support Varsity Healthcare Partners’ leveraged buyout of VetEvolve, general veterinary care platform employing over 100 Doctors of Veterinary Medicine across 32 clinics throughout the Mid-Atlantic region of the U.S.
