Management consultant Ziggy Krupa joined Cedar Croft Consulting in Toronto as lead for new business development and the Canadian client base.
Krupa has 40 years of experience in business transformation, cost control, operational improvements, cost accounting and in securing appropriate capital and financing. He has held executive management positions over both finance and operating functions. He’s also developed and implemented restructuring plans in several manufacturing, distribution and service companies, resulting in dramatic increases to EBITDA and in enterprise value to shareholders.
