sticky.io, an e-commerce platform provider for subscription management and recurring billing, closed a $90 million material capital transaction with Goldman Sachs Asset Management’s private credit business. The company plans to use the funds to build more functionality into its platform and leverage the relationship for ongoing growth opportunities.
