Fifth Third Business Capital arranged a $9 million senior credit facility for the recapitalization of Georgia-based Southern Ag Carriers.
The deal team consisted of Todd Wooten, southeast group head of asset-based lending; Cindy Jamroziak, director of asset-based lending; Yash Shrimali, account executive of asset based lendin; and Russ Owen, senior vice president of commercial banking.
Southern Ag Carriers is a transportation and logistics service provider for agricultural products and other food and consumer products.
Fifth Third Business Capital provides asset-based financing to large corporate and middle market companies throughout the United States and Canada from $5 million and up.
