CoreTech, an independent technology and equipment lessor, promoted Tony Giovannoli to managing director of capital markets.
In this role, Giovannoli will be responsible for overseeing all company capital market operations; developing, analyzing and executing on securitizations; managing deal partners; cultivating relationships; and securing the economics of CoreTech.
After joining the company in August 2021, Giovannoli has leveraged his relationship management skills and industry knowledge to identify and develop areas for new business opportunities.
“Tony’s ability to grow and scale our company is a direct result of his commitment to the people of CoreTech and to our clients,” Scott McFetters, president and CEO of CoreTech, said. “We are delighted to promote Tony to our new managing director, capital markets, and to thank him and the rest of our team for their dedication and contribution towards our company’s success.”
Giovannoli has more than 30 years of experience in equipment finance, including executive positions with JPMorgan Chase, Pitney Bowes Capital Services, IBM Global Finance and GE Capital.
“The people, values and culture at Coretech are remarkable,” Giovannoli said. “I’m extremely excited to be a part of this team and to have the opportunity to work together to meet and exceed all of our customers’ needs, now and in the future.”
