The M&A Advisor, a provider of insights and intelligence to M&A, turnaround and finance professionals, has awarded CohnReznick, an advisory, assurance and tax firm, its Corporate/Strategic Deal of the Year Award ($75 million – $100 millon) and Cross-Border Deal of the Year Award ($100 million – $1 billion).
Helana Robbins Huddleston, partner, transaction advisory services and manufacturing and distribution industry co-leader, led the team honored with the Corporate/Strategic Deal of the Year Award. The CohnReznick team earned the award for sell-side due diligence services in the acquisition of the Neuroscience Education Institute by HMP Global.

Claudine Cohen, managing principal of the firm’s Value360 Practice, led the team awarded the Cross-Border Deal of the Year Award for the firm’s role in the acquisition of Australian Oilseeds by EDOC SPAC.
