Clifford Chance Hires Gong as Co-Head of U.S. M&A Practice

Law firm Clifford Chance hired Chang-Do Gong as a partner and co-head of its U.S. mergers and acquisitions practice. Gong has 25 years of public and private M&A experience across a spectrum of industries, including energy and infrastructure, healthcare and life sciences, media and technology. Gong previously served as a partner at White & Case for 12 years._x000D_

“We are excited Chang-Do is joining our global team,” Sarah Jones, global head of corporate at Clifford Chance, said. “A senior and seasoned practitioner, his arrival will further enhance our capabilities in the U.S. for the benefit of our domestic and international clients, and reflects our firm’s ongoing commitment to strategic growth in the region.”_x000D_
