CIBC named Derek Rosenstrauch managing director of Business Development, Northern California Region, for its Asset-based Lending Group.
“The San Francisco area has been home to our Private Wealth Management and Innovation Banking groups for several years,” said Robert Corsentino, co-group head of U.S. Asset-based Lending. “Adding Asset-based Lending to our capabilities in Northern California allows us to bring our unique client-based approach to more banking relationships throughout the Pacific Northwest.
Rosenstrauch joins CIBC from City National Bank, where he most recently served as vice president. There, he was responsible for portfolio management and business development of middle market companies.
